Mushroom farm automation: CO₂ and humidity control

Automatically manage the CO₂, temperature and humidity targets of every stage from mycelium growth to harvest, and raise yield and quality.

Why it matters

Mushroom growing needs different CO₂ levels at each stage: high values such as 2,000–5,000 ppm during mycelium growth, and 800–1,200 ppm during fruiting. Hitting these transitions by hand is almost impossible. Anka Sense manages these critical values automatically with its operating modes.

Up to 50% higher yield

A climate held on target at every stage means higher, more consistent harvests.

Easier production through automation

Ventilation and humidification run on their own, based on sensor readings.

Better product quality

The right CO₂ and humidity directly shape cap and stem development.

Humidity-resistant sensors

The Anka Sense Kit-1, with its cable gland, is designed for rooms with heavy condensation.

How Anka Sense measures and controls carbon dioxide is explained on our CO₂ measurement and controlpage, and how to monitor your facility from anywhere on our IoT remote measurement and control page.

Frequently asked questions

Which sensor kit suits a mushroom farm?

Because humidity in mushroom farms is very high, we recommend the Anka Sense Kit-1, protected by a plastic seal and cable gland. The Anka Sense S Set 2 and S4 Set 2 come with this kit.

Can I manage different rooms separately?

You can use a separate Anka Sense S for each room, or choose the Anka Sense S4, which brings 4 measuring points into one device.
