1. Cancelling an order
Before your order ships, you can email info@ankasmart.com to cancel it; your payment is refunded by the same method. Orders that have already shipped are handled under the right of withdrawal.
2. Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the product. Send your withdrawal notice to info@ankasmart.com or use the order page in your account. You must return the product within 10 days of your notice.
3. When the right of withdrawal does not apply
- Products prepared to the buyer's specifications or personal needs (e.g. panels configured for a specific facility),
- Products that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items,
- Software, licences and digital content whose packaging has been opened,
- Services started with the buyer's consent and completed within the withdrawal period.
4. How to return
- Email your order number to info@ankasmart.com with your request.
- We'll send you the return shipping details.
- Pack the product securely with its invoice and all accessories.
Return address: Harbiye Mah. Karşıyaka Sk. No:8/11, Çankaya / Ankara, Türkiye. For returns under the right of withdrawal, return shipping is paid by the buyer; keep your shipping receipt.
5. Refunds
Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, by the method you paid with (to the same card for card payments, or to the IBAN you provide for bank transfers). The time your bank takes to show the refund may vary.
6. Defective products
For defective products, return shipping is paid by the Company. We may ask for photos/video and the device serial number. Consumers' statutory remedies under Law No. 6502 (refund, price reduction, free repair, or replacement) are reserved.
