2. Placing an order
Your order is placed when you add products to the cart and complete checkout; the contract is formed when payment is confirmed. If there is a stock or supply problem or an obvious pricing error, the Company may cancel the order and will refund any amount collected without delay.
3. Prices and payment
Product prices are set in US dollars, converted to Turkish lira at the daily exchange rate and shown incl. VAT on the site. Your order is placed at the Turkish lira amount shown at checkout and confirmed by you; exchange-rate changes after you order do not affect that amount.
Payment methods: credit/debit card via PayTR, and bank transfer. For details, see Payment and Delivery.
4. Promotions and coupons
Promotions and coupons are subject to their dates, stock and stated conditions, and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
5. Delivery
Delivery within 3–15 business days, within Türkiye only.
6. Withdrawal and returns

7. Warranty and defective goods
Our products are manufactured by Anka Smart. The warranty period and terms are stated in the warranty certificate supplied with the product. Defects appearing within six months of delivery are presumed to have existed at delivery; consumers' statutory rights are reserved.
8. Force majeure
In events beyond the parties' control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, strikes or decisions of public authorities, obligations are suspended for as long as the event lasts.
