Subject<\/h2>\n<p>This agreement sets out the parties' rights and obligations for the sale and delivery of products the Buyer orders electronically on ankasmart.com, under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Products, price and payment<\/h2>\n<p>The products' names, quantities, VAT-inclusive prices, any shipping fee and the total appear in the order summary at checkout and in the order confirmation email. Payment is by credit\/debit card via PayTR or by bank transfer.<\/p>\n<p>Product prices are set in US dollars, converted to Turkish lira at the daily exchange rate and shown <strong>incl. VAT<\/strong> on the site. Your order is placed at the Turkish lira amount shown at checkout and confirmed by you; exchange-rate changes after you order do not affect that amount.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Delivery<\/h2>\n<p>Products are delivered to the address in T\u00fcrkiye given on the order form within 3\u201315 business days of payment confirmation (and in any case within 30 days). Any shipping fee is shown in the order summary.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p>The Buyer may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the product. Send the withdrawal notice to <a href=\"mailto:info@ankasmart.com\">info@ankasmart.com<\/a> or use the account panel. The Buyer returns the product within 10 days of the notice, at the Buyer's own shipping cost. The Seller refunds all amounts collected, including delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the notice.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p>Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the Buyer's specifications, products inseparably mixed with other items after delivery, opened software and digital content, or services completed with the Buyer's consent within the withdrawal period.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Defective goods and warranty<\/h2>\n<p>Defects appearing within six months of delivery are presumed to have existed at delivery. The Buyer may choose to withdraw from the contract, a price reduction in proportion to the defect, free repair, or replacement with a non-defective product. Warranty terms are in the warranty certificate supplied with the product.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Force majeure<\/h2>\n<p>If performance becomes impossible due to events beyond the parties' control, obligations are suspended; if the obstacle lasts more than 30 days, either party may terminate and any amount paid is refunded.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Personal data<\/h2>\n<p>Personal data is processed in accordance with the <a href=\"\/en\/hukuki-metinler\/kvkk-aydinlatma-metni\/\">Personal Data Protection Notice (KVKK)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>10. Disputes<\/h2>\n<p>Disputes within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade are heard by the Consumer Arbitration Committee where the Buyer lives or where the transaction took place; disputes above those limits are heard by the Consumer Courts.<\/p>\n<h2>11. Entry into force<\/h2>\n<p>Before confirming the order, the Buyer confirms electronically that they have read and accepted the Pre-Contract Information Form and this agreement.
